The Ontario Court of Appeal has upheld the trial judgment in Sabre Inc. v. International Air Transport Association.

"The case is significant because it is the first breach of confidence case in the Court of Appeal since 2006 and deals with the flow of commercial data and the rights and confidences associated with such data," says Paul Monahan of Fasken Martineau Dumoulin who with colleagues Robert Harrison and Emmeline Morse represented IATA.
