Via Rail defended before Gomery Inquiry
Lead counsel for Via Rail Canada Inc. in defending its interests before the public inquiry into federal government mis-spending known as the Gomery Inquiry. VIA Rail was largely exonerated in that report dealing with allegations of improper public administration of federal government funds. The Gomery Report was released on February 1, 2006.
