Will Shaw is an associate in the Business Law Department in the firm's Toronto office. He is engaged in a broad corporate/commercial practice. Will has been involved in a variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions for private companies, private placements and initial public offerings.
Will summered with the firm in 2009 and was seconded to Sony Music Canada. In 2010/11, he articled with the firm and joined as an associate in 2011.
