William Duvall is a partner in the firm's Labour, Employment & Human Rights Group. Previously working as in-house counsel, William brings a client's perspective with him. William's practice focuses on providing advice in respect to labour and employment law including issues before the B.C. Labour Relations Board, the Canadian Industrial Relations Board, the B.C. Human Rights Tribunal, the Employment Standards Tribunal, the B.C. Supreme Court and labour arbitrations. He frequently provides strategic advice to clients on corporate and commercial matters. William also has a developing practice in providing advice in pension matters and construction related employment matters.
