William (Bill) Morley practises primarily plaintiffs' personal injury and medical negligence law. He has a particular focus on spinal cord injury and brain injury cases. Bill sustained spinal cord injuries in an automobile accident as a teenager. He brings a unique understanding to personal injury cases, and derives genuine satisfaction from obtaining results that achieve financial security and justice for his clients.

Bill appears as counsel in all levels of courts in British Columbia including Provincial and Supreme Court, Federal Court of Canada, and the British Columbia Court of Appeal.

Bill has been actively involved in the disabled community, particularly with respect to the rehabilitation of those with spinal cord injury. For many years, Bill served on the boards of the B.C. Paraplegic Association as Director, and Chairman, as well as a board member of the parent national body: Canadian Paraplegic Association. He is a former Director of the B.C. Paraplegic Foundation - an organization dedicated to raising and investing funds for the benefit of those with spinal cord injury. Bill has participated  as an athlete and acted as a board member (Director and Chairman) of the Canadian Wheelchair Sports Association - B.C.

Bill attained Queen's Counsel status in December 2009.
