Zehra Kasapoglu is an Associate at Fasken Martineau LLP and is a member of the Corporate / Commercial practice group.
Zehra joined the firm as a Paralegal in August 2007 and commenced her training contract with the firm in March 2008. She went on to complete her training contract in March 2010.
Zehra has assisted on a number of transactions involving acquisitions, fund raisings and listings in relation to both the AIM Market and the PLUS-quoted market. Zehra also has experience in schemes of arrangement, shareholders agreements and commercial contracts.
