Keenan most recently worked as General Counsel with BHP Billiton in Vancouver for its minerals exploration business. He was also a member of their global mergers & acquisitions practice group. Keenan's deep industry knowledge and expertise will strengthen the firm's premier Global Mining Group, which has just received the 2009 Who's Who Legal Award as the world's #1 Mining Law Firm for the fifth consecutive year.
