Félix Gutierrez practices in the field of corporate and debt financing. He represents lenders, including lending syndicates, as well as borrowers, in the fields of debt financing, debt restructuring, project financing, asset acquisitions and securitizations on a Canadian and cross-border level. Mr. Gutierrez is called upon to negotiate, prepare and finalize credit, security and interlender agreements and other related documentation.
