We will take a look at employers' rights to contest a claim and obtain all types of information from workers, doctors, the CSST or the BEM. More specifically, our speakers will answer the following questions:

• What elements and information must employers absolutely collect in the event of an accident?
• What corporate policies will help employers efficiently contest industrial accidents that are not declared immediately?
• When must employers assert their right to have an employee undergo a medical expertise? What elements must be considered
