This presentation will help employers successfully manage CSST files and efficiently contest claims. We will take a look at employers' rights to contest a claim and obtain all types of information from workers, doctors, the CSST or the BEM. More specifically, our speakers will answer the following questions:

• What elements and information must employers absolutely collect in the event of an accident?
• What corporate policies will help employers efficiently contest industrial accidents that are not declared immediately?
• When must employers assert their right to have an employee undergo a medical expertise? What elements must be considered
before making this decision? Should employers request a medical expertise from the BEM and, if so, what elements should be assessed?
• When should a decision be contested and how much should be invested?
