R. Graham Phoenix

R. Graham Phoenix has a broad Insolvency & Restructuring practice, acting on behalf of clients in both litigation and corporate/commercial matters. Graham counsels creditors and debtors affected by insolvency or bankruptcy, developing strategies to protect and maximize the value of their interests. He advises and represents various stakeholders in the context of proceedings under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act - including creditors, debtors, monitors, trustees, receivers, and non-traditional stakeholders. Graham's insolvency experience includes cross-border and international work with clients, debtors and proceedings in the U.S., the U.K. and elsewhere.

Graham has appeared on behalf of clients at all levels of court in Ontario, as well as the Supreme Court of Canada; and, the US Bankruptcy Court – District of Delaware.
