Guy C. Dion

Guy C. Dion practices in the areas of labour and employment law as well as that of commercial law focused on litigation. He represents more specifically private sector employers subject to federal and provincial regulations as well as small business. He is often called upon to advise senior executives from the manufacturing sector, car dealers and members of associations related to the automotive and construction industries. Guy has extensive experience in extraordinary remedies such as injunctions, seizures, search warrants, as well as in litigation concerning manufacturers and car dealers. In labour law, he gives legal advice on all matters concerning employment, more specifically on collective agreements, contracts of employment, labour standards and termination and severance arrangements. He is also regularly involved in litigation requiring injunctive relief. Guy appears regularly before specialized commissions and grievance adjudicators, as well as the Superior Court, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.

Guy is a frequent speaker, taking part in seminars for clients in the area of employment law, on matters such as employment contracts, labour standards, termination and severance arrangements, sexual and psychological harassment, and workplace absenteeism.
