Over 30 lawyers participate as active members of Fasken Martineau's Health Law Practice Group. These lawyers are drawn from all departments including business, labour, litigation, real property, privacy, technology and intellectual property, and government relations.

Our litigators and employment law experts represent clients in all kinds of disputes, health-related or not, with a view to obtaining expeditious, cost-effective and practical solutions.
