Jessica
Catton
Associate
Jessica Catton is an associate in the Business Law Department in the firm's Toronto office. She is engaged in a broad corporate/commercial practice. She has been involved in a variety of transactions including debt and equity financings and private placements.
As a law student, Jessica was the President of the Legal and Literary Society, Osgoode Hall Law School's student government, and served a term on the Osgoode Alumni Association's Board of Directors.
Jessica summered with the firm in 2007 and was seconded to the Ministry of the Attorney General - Civil Policy and Programs Branch. In 2008/09, she articled with the firm and joined as an associate in 2009.
