Koker Christensen

Koker Christensen is engaged in a broad corporate/commercial practice with an emphasis on the financial services industry.

Koker's corporate/commercial practice includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations and outsourcing arrangements. In addition, Koker regularly advises clients on shareholders' agreements and distribution agreements.

His financial services experience includes advising banks, insurance companies, trust companies and credit unions on mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate and regulatory matters. He has also advised on the incorporation and licensing of financial institutions and the licensing of foreign banks and insurance companies carrying on business in Canada.

In addition, Koker regularly advises clients on anti-money laundering issues, including the development of policies and procedures.

Koker summered and articled with the firm and joined the firm as an associate in the Business Law section in 2002.
