We will provide the training you'll need to familiarize yourself with the firm's structure and devote our energy and resources to your professional development at this important stage in your career. We'll help you: •    Develop technical skills in drafting, negotiating and oral advocacy. •    Hone your interpersonal and communication skills through interaction with your colleagues and frequent direct contact with clients and opposing counsel. •    Work on matters that will challenge you to deal creatively with clients' legal issues. •    Assume carriage of files under the supervision of experienced lawyers and be part of a team on larger, more complex matters.
