Catherine K. Fraser

Catherine Fraser is an associate in our Government Relations and Ethics Practice Group. She advises clients in government relations and public affairs at the federal and provincial levels and also provides advice in strategic planning.

Catherine works extensively in the health area and has developed particular expertise working for health colleges, advising on government relations matters and regulatory requirements. Catherine also has experience working for the mining sector and in the trade area, having worked at length on the negotiation of a trade, investment and labour mobility agreement between Ontario and Québec.

Selected Experience

• Export Development Canada successfully concludes program to disburse billions owed to Canadian companies under Canada-US Softwood Lumber Agreement
