Overview

Mathieu Leblanc-Gagnon is a seasoned civil and commercial litigator. He represents a diverse business clientele in class actions and other contentious proceedings before various judicial and administrative tribunals.

Mathieu's practice focuses on the areas of commercial litigation, product liability, insurance law and construction law.

He also devotes a significant portion of his practice to advising food processors on their procurement activities under the Act respecting the marketing of agricultural, food and fish products. In addition, he represents these processors before the Régie des marchés agricoles et alimentaires du Québec.

Mathieu’s skills are in demand for the preparation of legal opinions and the drafting of commercial contracts in various industries, including agri-food and forestry. He also advises various companies on private international law issues related to their interprovincial and international activities.
