Stuart Blyth has comprehensive experience in all areas of commercial real estate. He acts for major developers in Alberta.

Stuart has particular knowledge in relation to: commercial and residential subdivisions, development matters and land use matters; the assembly of lands for development purposes; the acquisition and disposition of lands and commercial developments including office buildings and shopping centres; leasing, both for retail and office developments including the financing of leasehold estates; condominium developments; joint ventures and co-ownership agreements; and GST matters relating to real estate.
