Mitchell Thaw is a partner in the firm's Taxation group with extensive experience in a diverse range of income tax matters including: investment funds, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, cross-border transactions and estate planning. He is the author of Canada's first text on the taxation of mutual fund trusts and corporations and he has worked on over 40 transactions that have been listed in LEXPERT's Big Deals and Suits.
