Partner
Nathalie-Anne Béliveau is a partner with Fasken Martineau, where she practices litigation, employment and labour law.
She has a particular expertise in cases involving non-competition and non-solicitation clause violations, disloyal competition or the misappropriation of confidential information, intellectual property or trade secrets. She frequently appears successfully before the Superior Court and the Court of Appeal on behalf of businesses, notably in the high-tech industry, in injunctions aiming to ensure the application of non-competition and non-solicitation clauses in commercial or labour matters.
Nathalie-Anne also has in-depth experience and solid expertise in Anton Piller orders. Since 2004, she has obtained and executed many orders of this type that allow their holders to seize evidence without giving the opposing party prior warning.
She also acts on behalf of businesses in a wide range of disputes and litigations ranging from employment terminations to labour disputes in matters of labour relations, including, in particular, injunctions for illegal strikes or picketing.
The author of "Les normes du travail", a reference book on labour standards, regularly cited by civil and administrative tribunals, she possesses a profound knowledge of labour standards, including those related to dismissals without just and sufficient cause and psychological harassment.
