Andrew P. Jackson

Andrew Jackson is a partner whose practice focuses on debt financing and corporate and commercial law. Andrew acts for a variety of financial institutions, private lenders and borrowers, advising on the structuring of financings and the preparation, registration and enforcement of security. He also acts for individuals and corporations in matters such as the purchase and sale of businesses, the acquisition and sale of property, undertaking reorganizations, the negotiation and preparation of shareholders agreements and the structuring of joint ventures and partnerships. Andrew's clients conduct business in a variety of industries, including banking, health care, mining, manufacturing, agriculture and tourism.
