Andrew is a partner in the firm. His practice has involved numerous aspects of corporate/commercial law, including asset and share acquisitions, reorganizations, joint ventures, strategic alliances, financings, outsourcings and customer/supplier arrangements. Andrew acts for a wide range of clients from blue-chip corporations to leading-edge technology companies. His practice includes a particular focus on information technology matters. He is experienced in the negotiation and preparation of a wide range of agreements relating to the development, protection and exploitation of technology products and services, such as development, consulting, acquisition, licensing, distribution, VAR, maintenance and support, hosting, escrow, internet and e-commerce agreements.
