Counsel
Donald Milner practises as a solicitor in all areas of insolvency and restructuring law, representing creditors, debtors and receivers or other insolvency professionals. He has represented Canada's national deposit insurer, CDIC, for more than two decades, and is one of the few Canadian lawyers who have extensive experience in the insolvency or restructuring of financial services providers. Donald also advises a variety of clients on matters involving banking law generally, the law relating to payments devices and systems and the regulation of financial institutions.
