Louise Kennedy

Louise Kennedy is an associate in the firm's Banking & Finance practice group. Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial lending transactions of either a syndicated or bi-lateral nature (secured and unsecured).

Louise has also assisted in the firm's Investment Fund group with general securities compliance, continuous disclosure requirements and corporate governance matters.

Louise graduated from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law. She articled and summered with the firm, during which time she was seconded to the Ontario Securities Commission.
