Managing Partner, Vancouver
William Westeringh is the Managing Partner of the Vancouver office and is responsible for the overall operations in that region.
Will practices in the areas of product liability, aviation, mining, insurance and commercial litigation. He acts as counsel in mediations, arbitrations and public hearings, and has appeared as counsel in the Provincial Court, Supreme Court and Court of Appeal of British Columbia as well as in The Supreme Court of Canada.
Will's professional activities include membership in various sections of the Canadian Bar Association and The Trial Lawyers Association, authoring papers for Continuing Legal Education and other related publications, acting as a lecturer for the Professional Legal Training Course, and speaking at Continuing Legal Education and industry seminars. Will has also acted as adjunct professor of civil litigation at The University of British Columbia School of Law between 1998 and 2005.
