His busy practice also includes high-profile pro bono files and significant work teaching and mentoring young lawyers.

Berkley Sells, a partner in the Firm's litigation practice in Toronto, focuses his civil litigation practice on corporate/commercial disputes and internet defamation. Known for his expertise with "extraordinary remedies" in commercial litigation cases, he recently obtained an injunction for Gold Reserve Inc. to stop a hostile takeover bid. He has also helped shape the development of Internet law in Canada.
