Fasken Martineau's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group is internationally recognized for our litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution skills. We represent large corporations, multinational Fortune 500 companies, government, numerous smaller business entities and individuals in routine lawsuits and high profile cases, as well as in matters of extraordinary complexity, including class actions, parallel civil and administrative proceedings, litigation, and those involving massive document productions and other complicated discovery issues.
