Event Speakers

Several fundamental concepts related to managing a union workforce will be reviewed. Topics include understanding the Employer's right to direct and manage its union workforce, utilizing the concept of "progressive discipline" in the face of work-related misconduct on the part of a union employee, and dealing with non-culpable problems where there is no fault on the part of the union employee (such as innocent and excessive absenteeism).
