Marc Novello

Marc Novello specializes in the area of corporate financing. He represents and advises lending syndicates and investors in all areas of project financing, public and private takeover bids, asset acquisitions and debt restructuring. He also represents borrowers in connection with their borrowings. In these capacities, Marc is regularly involved in the implementation of cross-border financing transactions. He is actively involved in the negotiation, preparation and finalization of all aspects of such transactions, including credit agreements, intercreditor agreements, investment contracts and security documents, as well as the documentation pertaining to the restructuring of bank debt.
