Mark Camilleri

Mark Camilleri is an associate (Canadian lawyer) at Fasken Martineau LLP (London) and a member of the Corporate / Commercial practice group.

Mark has acted on a wide range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, equity financings and corporate reorganizations involving both private and public companies listed on the TSX and AIM. He has also been involved in a number of cross-border financings acting for lenders and borrowers.

Mark graduated from Dalhousie University with a combined LL.B. and MBA. He was a summer student and articling student at the firm's Toronto office before joining the firm as an associate in 2002. Mark was seconded to the firm's London office in February 2006 and in August 2007 became an associate in Fasken Martineau Stringer Saul LLP.
