Mineral Securities completes its combination with LSE-listed Scarborough Resources
On July 23, 2007, UK-based Scarborough Minerals and Australia's Mineral Securities completed a merger of the two resource finance firms to form Mineral Securities Limited ("Minsec"), a company admitted to both the AIM and ASX markets.
Minsec was advised in this transaction by a team from Fasken Martineau Stringer Saul that included Jim Lisson, Al Gourley, David Smith, Mun-Ling Logue and Michael Kashis.
