Natasa Karambatsos

Natasa Karambatsos is a member of the corporate law practice sector of Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP, and has participated in transactions relating to the areas of mergers, acquisitions and private financings. As a member of legal teams mandated to carry out business transactions, her involvement extends to the transfer and restructuring of corporations and to the drafting of related business agreements. She has authored and co-authored publications in connection with her area of practice and assists clients in all matters relating to asset and share sales and acquisitions.

Natasa Karambatsos is a graduate of the University of Ottawa where she obtained a Bachelor of Common Law and a Bachelor of Civil Law. She was called to the Québec Bar in 2006.
