Net Neutrality Debate Looks Set to Escalate

This article discusses a private member's bill on net neutrality that was recently introduced in the House of Commons to address the increasing debate over limits imposed on internet use by certain telecommunications companies.
This net neutrality controversy arose from a complaint made by the Canadian Association of Internet Providers that Bell was using internet traffic management technology to allegedly "throttle" the bandwidth at which internet content is passed through Bell's network to its wholesale competitors.
