Norman Ziman is a partner in Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP and is Managing Partner of Fasken Martineau Stringer Saul LLP (London) and a member of the Corporate / Commercial practice group.
Norman has spent his entire career since being admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales in 1969 practising Corporate and Securities Law with a specialisation in Private Company Mergers and Acquisitions. Over the last 18 years he has developed a specialisation in mergers and acquisitions of publishing companies and is acknowledged as an expert in Publishing law. He has been managing partner of Fasken Martineau Stringer Saul since 2001.
Norman has written various articles in trade and legal jounals on buying and selling publishing companies and on transfers of publishers' lists.
