Pierre B. Meunier is the regional chair of the Energy, Environmental, Climate Change and Regulatory Practice Group and the Government Relations and Ethics Practice Group. He joined the firm in 1989 after holding a number of positions of responsibility with the Government of Québec. He was the founding Vice-President of the Legal Aid Services Commission, Director of the Montréal Community Centre for Legal Aid, President of the Consumer Protection Office, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Housing and Consumer Protection and Deputy Minister of the Ministry of the Environment.
