Robin Roddey is a partner with a practice focussed on advanced legal research, legal analysis and written advocacy. Robin is most often involved in litigation matters, with a particular emphasis in the areas of class actions, product liability and insurance, as well as corporate disputes including contested take-over bids, contests for corporate control and oppression. Robin has provided legal analysis and support in cases before numerous administrative tribunals and all levels of court including, on several occasions, the Supreme Court of Canada. Robin is also frequently provides advice in non-litigious matters relating to the structuring of corporate transactions and regulatory compliance. Robin completed his articles serving as a Law Clerk to the Justice of the Court of Appeal for Ontario in 1994-95. He joined the firm as an associate in 1996 and became a partner in 2003.
