Shahrooz Nabavi is a corporate commercial partner with a practice focusing on advising and representing clients in technology, clean technology, renewable energy and health care industries.
Shahrooz provides corporate advice and representation to emerging and growth stage clients in structuring, governance, general corporate matters, purchase and sale agreements involving shares or assets and all aspects of negotiating and drafting angel, venture capital and strategic financing documents.
Shahrooz represents emerging, growth stage and institutional clients in commercialization arrangements for technology and clean technology including transactions involving licensing, distribution, strategic alliance and application development. In addition, he has a broad-based e-commerce, internet and social media practice.
For clients in the health care industry, Shahrooz advises private and public sector entities in British Columbia and Alberta on regulatory compliance matters, competitive procurement processes, arrangements for provision of health care services, alternate relationships and privacy matters.
Shahrooz is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Law Society of Alberta and represents clients in both jurisdictions.
