Shelley Babin is an associate in Fasken Martineau's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. Shelley has experience with complex corporate/commercial disputes, employment litigation, negligence and administrative law, and has represented clients in various sectors, including the mining, construction, transportation, telecommunications and insurance industries, at the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal.
Shelley summered with the firm in 2005, and was seconded to Fasken Martineau's Vancouver office. She completed her articles in 2006/2007 and joined the firm's litigation department in 2007.
Shelley is a member of the firm's Law School Liason Committee.
