Stephanie Sanger is an associate in the firm's Energy, Environmental, Climate Change and Regulatory Practice Group.
Stephanie has performed due diligence and prepared documentation for a number of energy-related transactions, including the sale of an interest in a 425 MW hydroelectric project and the purchase of wind energy projects.
Stephanie assists energy, mining and natural resource clients regarding project tenures, environmental assessment, permits and licences and compliance with regulatory laws, including contaminated site regulations.
Stephanie acts primarily for mining companies, independent power producers and project developers.
