Sally Woods is Director of Professional Development (Toronto), Co-Chair of the Student Committee (Toronto), and Vice-Chair of the Professional Development Committee for the Firm's Ontario Region. Sally has been involved in student matters since 1982 when she pioneered the area of professional development, being the first full-time professional in this role at any law firm.

Sally's current responsibilities involve managing the Firm's student recruitment program, administering the Firm's summer and articling student programs. On the associate side, she is responsible for all aspects from associate to partnership level, including integration, evaluation, compensation and the implementation of policies and procedures within the mandate of the Firm's Professional Development Committee.

She is a member of NALP, ALA and TLOMA and has served on a number of Community and Advisory Boards. She has written and spoken extensively on the topic of Professional Development, Student Programs, and the Toronto interview process.
