Thomas Wexler

Thomas Wexler is a partner in Fasken Martineau LLP (London) and a member of the Corporate / Commercial practice group.

Thomas has significant transactional experience with infrastructure projects in all sectors throughout the world and he has worked in financial centres in Asia, Europe and North America. He has represented lenders, sponsors and governments on transactions in the mining, oil and gas, energy (conventional and renewable) and transport sectors in numerous jurisdictions. Thomas is especially known for his work in the mining sector, and he is a frequent speaker at conferences and has published numerous articles on the natural resources sector and the project finance field in general. He is internationally recognised for his work in mining transactions in "Who's Who Legal: The International Who's Who of Business Lawyers".
