Walter J. Palmer

Wally practises general business law with emphasis on negotiated transactions. He has been involved in acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures involving companies in a wide array of businesses.

He also provides general legal and strategic advice to corporate clients with regard to many aspects of their business affairs. Such advice has been provided to both public and private corporations relating to a broad range of matters including regulatory compliance and governance. In addition, he has acted as legal team leader for clients in respect of major financings, restructurings and going-private transactions.
