Adam Cepler practices in the area of Mergers & Acquisitions and Securities law.
A graduate from the joint JD/MBA program at Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business, Adam specialized in Strategic Management and Financial Management. Adam was the recipient of the Dominic-Carinci Memorial Prize for exceptional academic standing in both Business Associations and Real Estate Transactions. He was also a senior caseworker at the Osgoode Business Clinic, an Osgoode student Ambassador and also assumed the role of business manager of the Obiter Dicta, Osgoode’s student-run newspaper during his time there.
Prior to beginning his practice, Adam attended the Ivey Business School at Western University where he received an Honors Business Administration degree. He also worked in assurance at a big four accounting firm.
