Alina is an Associate in the Banking and Finance Group at Fasken's Calgary office and is developing a broad corporate practice with experience in all facets of corporate real estate, commercial transactions and banking and finance.
Alina obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2021, where she was awarded the Gowling WLG Prize in Securities Regulation, the Art and Science of Advocacy Prize, the Jack Walker QC Award for Excellence in Legal Ethics and Professionalism and a Dean’s Gold Key. Prior to law school, Alina attended McGill University where she completed her Bachelor of Science, while also participating in varsity athletics.
Alina summered with Fasken in 2019 and after completing law school she clerked with the Court of King's Bench of Alberta. Alina recently completed her articles with the Firm.
