Amrita is a lawyer in the Labour and Employment Group in our Calgary office. Her practice covers a wide aspect of employment law including preparing individual employment contracts, several analysis, providing employers with advice on hiring, restrictive covenants, employee discipline and terminations.
Amrita’s litigation experience includes wrongful and constructive dismissal matters, contract disputes and personal injury litigation. She has represented clients in Manitoba Provincial Court, the Court of Queen’s Bench of Manitoba and before the License Appeal Board of Manitoba, an administrative tribunal.
While in law school, Amrita volunteered at the University of Manitoba Law Centre, assisting clients from low-income backgrounds on a variety of legal matters.
