Overview

Amy joined Fasken in January 2022 as part of the Regulatory group, with a focus on Indigenous law issues. Before joining Fasken, she was a partner at a national law firm where her practice focused on the resolution of First Nations' historical claims against the federal Crown.

Amy is an active mentor with the Law Society of Alberta and currently chairs the CBA Alberta Branch’s Aboriginal Law – South Section Executive.

Prior to law school, Amy worked for nearly three years as a radio broadcast journalist.
