Amy Tang is an associate with the Intellectual Property group. She advises and represents clients in connection with intellectual property disputes and drafts proceedings related to copyright, trademark, patent and trade secrets.
Amy holds a bachelor’s degree in law and a master’s degree in business administration from the Université de Sherbrooke. As such, she has the knowledge required to design creative, effective and innovative practical solutions that contribute to clients’ success while supporting the development and achievement of their business objectives.
Before joining Fasken, Amy clerked for the Honourable Roger R. Lafrenière of the Federal Court. While a student, she clerked for the Honourable Marc De Wever of the Superior Court of Quebec. Amy also worked on two occasions as a tax intern with the Cirque du Soleil.
