Anastasia Reklitis has an active civil and commercial litigation practice. She represents clients working in a range of industries, including mining, automotive, professional services,  and manufacturers of consumer products. Anastasia also has considerable experience with document intensive litigation matters, especially cases involving records in electronic form.

Anastasia represents clients in the context of a wide range of civil, commercial and quasi-criminal litigation at all levels of court in Ontario, in the areas of class actions, product liability, privacy, competition, regulatory offences, defamation, estates and contractual disputes. Having previously worked for a firm specializing in e-Discovery, she is also well versed in litigation support systems and understands how to use technology in order to reduce costs and achieve better results in the litigation process.

Anastasia is a member of the firm’s White Collar Defence and Investigations Group. Anastasia is also actively involved in pro bono work and community outreach. She volunteers as duty counsel at the Toronto Small Claims Court Law Help Ontario clinic and is a mentor lawyer for the Law in Action Within Schools program.
