Anne-Sophie is a lawyer in the Banking and Finance practice group. After obtaining her Bachelor of Laws from Université de Montréal in 2018, Anne-Sophie worked as a law student, articled, and then joined a law firm, where she practised in corporate and commercial law, and corporate finance.
She is regularly called upon to work on major cases at the interprovincial and international level, in the context of syndicated loans, project financing and other financing transactions.
While completing her bachelor’s degree, Anne-Sophie was also studying to obtain a certificate in Chinese International Law at the China University of Political Science and Law. Moreover, during her time at Université de Montréal, she founded, as chair of the Comité Droit de la santé, the Health Law Mock Trial. She has also participated in various university competitions, notably in business mergers and acquisitions and in securities. Anne-Sophie also founded a Montreal women's cycling club.
Before joining Fasken, Anne-Sophie was a lawyer in a Montreal-area firm in the area of business law and corporate finance.
