Anthony Boilard is a lawyer in our Labour, Employment & Human Rights group at the Québec City office. He advises employers on all labour law matters, whether related to collective labour relations or individual employment contracts.
Anthony has experience with labour relations and occupational health and safety matters. He is called upon to give advice on collective agreement interpretation, grievance adjudication and labour standards.
Anthony also represents employers in various industries before administrative tribunals with jurisdiction over labour law matters, and before civil courts.
Before joining Fasken, he practised labour law in a Québec City area firm.
